International arbitration has established itself as the preferred dispute resolution mechanism in global commerce due to its speed, specialization, and enforceability. Our experience includes representing clients in domestic and international commercial arbitrations, appearing before leading arbitral institutions—such as the ICC, the LCIA, and the Swiss Courts (Swiss Arbitration Centre)—as well as in ad hoc proceedings. Furthermore, we have acted as co-counsel alongside foreign law firms in disputes governed by Spanish law.
Our practice covers disputes arising from various commercial collaboration agreements (including supply, distribution, and joint venture contracts), as well as post-M&A claims.
