Strategic judgement.Decisive action.

One practice. One focus.

Our practice is dedicated exclusively to the prevention and resolution of civil and commercial disputes. This focus allows us to bring the experience gained in litigation and arbitration to every stage of a matter, from risk assessment and negotiation to proceedings before courts and arbitral tribunals.

We believe that complex disputes call for experience, judgement and direct involvement. That is why we work as an independent boutique that combines technical rigour, personal attention and a way of working tailored to the needs of each matter.

A complex dispute is rarely only a legal issue.

Commercial relationships, financial considerations and broader business objectives are often at stake. We work closely with clients from the outset to understand those objectives, assess risks and define the most appropriate strategy.

Depending on the circumstances, that strategy may involve negotiation, litigation or arbitration.

Our approach

Our model allows us to remain personally and continuously involved in the matters entrusted to us, and to communicate directly and clearly with our clients. The firm’s independence allows us to exercise our judgement freely and, where a matter calls for it, to work with other law firms, lawyers and specialists in Spain and in other jurisdictions.

Fees

We offer flexible fee arrangements, tailored to the characteristics of each dispute and to our clients’ needs, with clarity as to their scope and terms, because we understand that managing costs and financial risk is part of the strategy in every matter.

Third-party funding

Where appropriate, we also advise on third-party funding of litigation and arbitration. Funding may cover all or part of the costs of proceedings, make it possible to pursue a claim or allow the client to preserve resources for other needs. We support clients in assessing this option, selecting potential funders, presenting the case and negotiating the terms of funding. We also advise on insurance to cover the risk of an adverse costs order.
