Castellá Hammerstein is an independent boutique law firm focused exclusively on the prevention and resolution of civil and commercial disputes, both domestic and international.
We represent clients before the Spanish courts and in commercial arbitration, and advise on negotiation, settlement and other forms of amicable dispute resolution.
Drawing on more than 25 years of experience gained at leading Spanish and international law firms, we act in complex business disputes, including shareholder and corporate conflicts, contractual disputes, M&A-related claims and damages actions.
